Shabbat
We offer many ways for our community to welcome Shabbat, as well as inclusive and meaningful High Holiday services, and festive celebrations for every holiday.
Shabbat services are typically held every Friday night at 7:30 pm, except for monthly Second Friday Early Shabbat service, which begin at 6:30 pm. Services are followed by an oneg with light food and refreshments. Shabbat morning services begin at 10:00am (when there is a b’nei mitzvah, they begin at 9:30 am). Morning services are typically followed by Community Shabbat Lunch.
Please read below to learn more about all our Shabbat Services and offerings, and see our weekly e-newsletter, This Week at TBI, to learn more.

Morning Shabbat Service Family Room
TBI members have stepped forward to create multi-generational interaction and a weekly space for children in the family room during in-person Shabbat morning services. Great for children who are unable to focus through the whole service.
The Family Room is open from 10:15am to the end of services.

Wednesday Minyan
Every Wednesday, we gather on Zoom at 5:30pm to say Kaddish, have a mid-week meditative moment, and be in community.

We offer two drop-in opportunities for Torah Study each week, led by Rabbi Ruhi Sophia, in addition to a wide variety of classes devoted to learning about and engaging with Torah.
All are welcome for an engaging discussion of this week’s Torah portion and how it impacts our lives. Text study is done in English, with occasional close examination of the Hebrew text in an inclusive manner:
